Uptime SLA
We commit to 99.5% monthly uptime for the AscendCore API surface, the Slack and Teams approval cards, the customer dashboard, and the Customer API v1. Scheduled maintenance windows announced 5 business days in advance via Slack Connect channel and email; planned maintenance is excluded from uptime calculation.

Incident Response
Severity definitions and response targets are written into every customer MSA. Customers report incidents via Slack Connect channel (preferred) or support@ascendcore.ai. After-hours P1 alerts page on-call automatically.
Critical / Production Down
Production unreachable, no workaround. Customer cannot execute any runbook.
Degraded / Workaround Exists
One integration failing, other runbooks unaffected; or partial functional regression.
Minor / Question / Enhancement
Cosmetic issue, documentation question, or improvement request.
Solo-founder reality (Mar–Aug 2026): business-hours coverage Mon–Fri 8am–6pm ET. After-hours coverage limited to P1 alerts via paging. Customer concurrency capped at 2 simultaneous onboardings until the first technical hire. We'd rather under-commit and over-deliver than the reverse.

Subscribe to incident updates at status.ascendcore.ai — email, SMS, Slack, and webhook channels all supported. Active customers also receive incident updates directly via their dedicated Slack Connect channel.
